How a Laptop, a Vision, and an Ethical Compass Became ShifterLabs

The Past few Months Weren’t Just Busy. They Were Transformational
After years of dreaming, planning, and building with relentless dedication, ShifterLabs has become my full-time reality. No salary, no safety net - only vision, execution…and results.
I wanted to share a quick update and give you a glimpse of what’s been unfolding at ShifterLabs over the past few months.
I designed and delivered a full AI transformation experience for Plasticaucho Industrial S.A. one of Ecuador’s largest footwear manufacturers with operations in Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru.
📊 Results: 4.8/5 satisfaction, +40% Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, and 3 AI Champions nominated across Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. Participants mastered Copilot for business, built agents, guided teams through SWOTs, RACI, KPIs, and helped them envision AI’s role in their future.
It’s now a flagship case study for ShifterLabs’ corporate impact.
I am also designing the full Raiffeisen Ambassador Advanced Program, an international e-learning experience that includes instructional design, multimedia SCORM modules, and interactive activities for cooperative leaders across Europe, Asia, Africa and America. IRU – International Raiffeisen Union (Germany), the global network of cooperative organizations.
Last but not least, we’ve been developing a series of interactive games for a major national project that we can’t reveal just yet. We’ll be sharing more once it officially launches. Stay tuned.
Three years ago, this was a plan on paper. Today, it’s an ecosystem:
